Benar2 ga sempet masak, dikejar deadline yang sudah mepet, lebih dari satu, barengan semua pula.... *sigh* Yang namanya stress, under pressure, semua jadi satu. Syukurlah periode hectic bisa terlampaui dg baik, persis juga semua terselesaikan sebelum liburan ke Indonesia tgl 25 Des lalu. Tgl 15 Jan kami balik A'dam, dan melanjutkan aktifitas normal sampai hari ini.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Untungnya waktu itu Komar (suamiku) bisa dan mau masak plus belanja, walaupun akhirnya menu jadi serba santan... berhubung beliaunya emang doyan buanget santan... Mana belanja bahan juga ga jauh2 dari jerohan. Jantung kek, ati kek, ayam berlemak... dan blas ga pernah beli sayur or buah. Duh, dasar bapak-bapak.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hasilnya???&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Waktu lagi di Surabaya, kami iseng-iseng cek kesehatan di lab. Kolesterol Komar over se over-overnya, SGOT tinggi, SGPT tinggi, dan hasil diagnosa akhir: Obesitas. Jedeeeng... hahaha...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Jadilah diriku sekarang kembali "bertugas" di dapur dan kembali jadi head of purchasing, hahaha... Menu makanan juga diatur bener2, pokoknya setiap makan selalu harus ada sayur. Buah juga selalu sedia. Dan minyak goreng di skip lah... semua ganti olive oil. Mentega, margarin, dll yg enak-enak? Jauh-jauh dulu lah. Yang jelas, semua menu yang aku atur sekarang bebas santan. Dan NO goreng celup/ deep fry, semua serba goreng pake minyak dikit itupun pakenya olive oil. Indomie dan segala macam mie lainnya juga berkurang drastis.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Jadi yaa.. beginilah, dapurku sekarang lagi masa "recovery" dari masakan serba gak sehat. Chinese-style (no susu, pake minyak wijen, kepiting if desired) atau American-style (manis, kental, pake susu). Aku sendiri lebih suka yg versi Chinese. Selain ga eneg karena ga terlalu bersusu, versi Chinese juga lebih simple dan cepet, apalagi kalo ga banyak waktu untuk masak. So here goes:&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;CORN CHOWDER, CHINESE STYLE&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1-2 kaleng jagung manis pipilan, blender. Atau bisa juga pake jagung cair kalengan (sweet creamed corn) merek delmonte, bisa dibeli di Oriental.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 tin daging crab/ crab flakes (kalau suka)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 butir telur&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 ml air (atau kaldu ayam)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sdm munjung tepung maizena&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bumbu:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 siung bw putih, geprek&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sdt jahe bubuk/ 1 ruas jahe, cacah &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1-2 sdm kecap asin&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Garam, gula, merica&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pelengkap: minyak wijen, kecap manis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siapkan wok/ wajan besar. Panaskan 1-2 sdm minyak sayur. Tumis jahe dan bawang putih sampai harum.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan jagung yg telah diblender/ jagung cair kaleng. Tuangkan air, gula garam merica. Masukkan daging kepiting. Aduk2, biarkan sampai beruap dan &lt;i&gt;bubbly&lt;/i&gt;.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Larutkan tepung maizena, tuang ke sup sambil diaduk2 hingga mengental. Pecahkan telur, tuangkan sedikit sedikit ke dlm sup sambil dikacau sampai membentuk serabut2. Cicipi, tambahi gula garam merica klo kurang. Lalu biarkan sampai mendidih.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sajikan dg cara berikut: siapkan mangkok, sendokkan 1 sdm minyak wijen dan 1 sdm kecap manis di dasar mangkuk. Tuangkan sup.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ambil posisi pewe didepan tv, lengkap dengan selimut. It's that simple.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;SWEET AND SPICY THAI CHICKEN&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Chicken wings (borrelpotjes), 1/2 kg&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Bumbu:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2-3 sdm sambel botol ABC/ sambel lumpia, suka2 deh - boleh ditambah klo pengen lebih pedas&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;3-4 sdm packed korianderblad (daun ketumbar)/ bisa pake yg vers 1 bonggol iris halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2 sdm madu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;1,5 sdm kecap ikan&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2-3 sdm kecap manis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2 sdm minyak wijen&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;1 buah jeruk nipis, peres&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;garam gula&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Campur semua bumbu. Marinade/ rendam sayap ayam dalam bumbu selama 2-3 jam dalam kulkas. Percaya ga percaya, mantep rasanya...&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Resep ini duluuu banget pernah aku lihat sekilas di blognya mbak Sandra-Dina (jaman awal2 ngeblog.. th 2004). Yang mana blognya pun ntah skrg msh ada apa nggak. Kalo ga slh ceritanya mbak Sandra ngajari mbak Dina masak &lt;i&gt;from scratch&lt;/i&gt; dengan resep super simple. &lt;i&gt;Vandaar&lt;/i&gt;, teknik masak tumis yg simple, dg bumbu minimal tp maknyus. Salut buat mbak Sandra... saking happynya aku menemukan resep ini sampe udah 5 taun juga masih keinget jelas :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;(Maaf belum ada fotonya, soalnya asal masak ini belum pernah kefoto. Nanti tak update lagi klo dah masak &amp;amp; difoto :D)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;#1: TUNA PEDAS&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 kaleng ikan tuna - tonijn in olie&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;300 gr buncis, potong2 bite-size&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2-3 siung bw putih, rajang tipis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 sdm sambal ABC rasa asli (bisa ditambah klo mau lebih pedas)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mentega 1 sdm&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gula-garam to taste&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caranya:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Panaskan mentega, tumis bw. putih hingga harum. Andalan saat males :P&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;#2 CAH BAKSO SAWI&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3 siung bw putih, geprek&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 sdt jahe bubuk/ jahe segar cacah halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 sdm saos tirem&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 sdm kecap asin/ rajarasa&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;bakso sapi, iris2 tipis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;gula-garam, to taste&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;sawi&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caranya:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tumis bawang putih dg sedikit minyak sampai harum, juga jahe. Masukkan bakso, saos tirem, kecap asin, gula-garam. Terakhir masukkan sawi, perciki sedikit air (4-5 sdm) supaya ada air bumbunya dikit. Aduk2 sampai bumbu rata dan sawi layu. Oya, kalau pengin lebih padat teksturnya, bisa ditambah telor lagi :)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Macaroni 250-300 gr&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;1 bawang bombay ukuran sedang, iris tipis&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2-3 siung bw putih, iris halus&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;5 butir telur&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;2 sdm tepung terigu&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;300 ml susu cair&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;keju parut&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;pala, garam, merica, gula&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Blue band 2 sdm&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Filling sesuai selera (aku pake bakso sapi, bakso ikan, courgette, jagung manis)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Caranya:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Rebus macaroni, jangan sampai terlalu lembek. Saring, siram air dingin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Lelehkan margarin (blue band), panaskan, tumis bawang2an sampai harum.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Masukkan courgette, tumis hingga layu. Masukkan bakso dll. Angkat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Kocok telur, susu, tepung, gula-garam merica pala sampai tercampur rata. Masukkan campuran filling kedlm adonan telur, aduk2.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Siapkan loyang yg sudah disemir mentega &amp;amp; ditaburi terigu. Tuang campuran telur susu sedikit di dasarnya, lalu tuang macaroni dan keju, aduk-aduk. Siram dg sisa telur-susu sampai terendam. Tutup dengan keju tabur.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;Panggang dalam oven, 180 derajat selama 30 menit. Lelehkan mentega di panci kecil. Masukkan tepung terigu, aduk2 cepat sampai membentuk kanji. Tuang susu, masak sampai &lt;i&gt;bubbly&lt;/i&gt;/ meletup-letup. Stir constantly ya, otherwise bakal menggumpal2. Tuang keju, aduk2 sampai keju lumer. Terakhir taburkan gula-garam-merica (to taste). Sisihkan, biarkan sampai hangat &amp;amp; uapnya hilang.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siapkan loyang pyrex kecil (aku pake ramekin oval kira2 25 x 15 cm), semir dg mentega. Atur brokoli di dasarnya, taburi keju parut, parmesan dan potongan2 lembaran keju. Tuang saus putih. Masukkan gula sedikit2, tetap kocok dg kecepatan sedang sampai mengembang pucat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan telur satu per satu kedlm adonan mentega sambil tetap dikocok sampai tercampur rata. Matikan mixer.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan campuran tepung, aduk hingga rata &amp;amp; licin.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Sisihkan 1/2 bagian adonan, campur dengan coklat bubuk, aduk2 hingga rata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siapkan loyang loaf (22x10) yang sudah disemir mentega dan ditaburi tepung.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tuangkan setengah adonan putih ke loyang, lalu siram dengan 3/4 adonan coklat, kacau dg ujung sendok membentuk motif marmer. Tutup rapi dengan sisa adonan putih. Boleh tambahkan air sedikit kalau adonan terlalu berat/ padat, untuk mempermudah saat nguleni.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;i&gt;(note: isi siomay bisa ditambah dg udang atau ayam, ga harus melulu ikan)&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Siapkan kulit wonton. Bedaki tangan dg sedikit tepung terigu. Masukkan adonan ikan sekepal (kira2 1 sdm) untuk tiap kulit wonton. Satukan ujung-ujungnya sambil dipuntir supaya membentuk ikatan sederhana.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Kukus siomay hingga matang.
